As our customer list grows, so do our success stories! We’d like to share a small sample of successes we’ve had, what we’ve done, and what we can do for you.

Shana works at the Jesus Is Lord Evangelic Ministries and manages a computer network consisting of a network printer and several computers networked together. The printer had stopped functioning, and the computers were disconnected from each other. The goal was to connect the printer and allow the computers to communicate and back up data from each other in case of failure. We successfully created a backup network so important data was always backed up and up to date. Also, one of the computer’s accounts had a password that no one knew. In just a few minutes, we removed the password so full access was granted.

Bonnie acquired a Mac laptop that she did not know how to use. We spent a few hours training her on her Mac, involving installing a wireless printer, installing software, adding shortcuts to the Mac Launchpad, manipulating files, and more. She can now scan documents and print as efficiently as she could from Windows! In addition, her desktop had a strange problem: When booting, it would take an enormous amount of time for it to get past the initial self-test screen. We determined the problem was a USB hub, and the computer was running fine again.

Donna had working internet until Hurricane Isaac. After that, her modem, router, and several computers would not connect to the internet. Working with her, we found that the modem had forgotten all of her Cox ISP information. We re-worked her modem, router, and re-created her computer network. Afterword, we shared her USB printer on the network, effectively creating a network printer.

It is interesting to note that all of these successes were done without buying a single new part.
